At The MUA Pro, we are committed to providing high-quality digital education for makeup artists at every level. Because our products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer returns or refunds on any courses, videos, or downloadable materials.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once access to a course or download has been granted, we cannot reverse delivery or usage, and therefore cannot offer a refund.

Access Issues or Technical Support

If you experience technical issues accessing your course content, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving access problems and will make every reasonable effort to ensure you can enjoy the course(s) you’ve purchased.

Exceptions (Rare Cases Only)

In extremely rare circumstances (e.g., duplicate purchases or proven account error), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of The MUA Pro team. Any such requests must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase.
